There has been much talk these days concerning roof protection. Homeowners have been very reluctant to allow this new coverage to be a part of their annual insurance policy. They protection of the roof policy has been identified as a need and not a luxury. In addition, there have been 5 guidelines set forth be the Department of Health Benefits. There has never been a greater demand for more roof protection for our senior citizens. They have expressed their concerns for the new law that is being passed be the local and county government. The days of no roof protection is all but history. Do not become complacent and be positive in all of your ventures concerning your new or old roof system.

New Construction

I have noticed a great deal of new construction in our town. The economy must be getting a little better for these investors to build these new neighborhoods. However, I am concerned that we need to progress slowly in an attempt to do no further harm. The banks have yet to lend money to new home owners the way the once did in the past. Never the less, the new construction is beginning to boom in our small town.

Let it be known that we feel that we deserve a piece of the revenue that is being generated by this new construction. We want the workers in town to purchase goods from us so that we may pay our bills and reap the benefits of this growing economy. Some way or the other, we have to c capitalize off of this new day that has come our way. I hope things get better for all. Thanks, Jim Tatum

OSHA SAFETY

OSHA Safety Council plays a big role in assuring construction sites are safe. Many contractors are unaware of the requirements set forth to ensure the safety of each and every employee. Our company employees Paramedics who are certified in Atlanta PALS Certification. They are very valuable to the safety of all of our employees. The cost is minimal for the coverage and prevention provided.

In Addition, They provide First Aid Training to all of our new hires. The cost for the course is included in their duties. These Emergency Medical Technicians possess AHA ACLS Certification to provide advanced Life Support coverage. OSHA Safety Council rarely gives us any problems because we take the extra effort to ensure the job-site remains extremely safe.
